Printing

Yes, we are 100% real! Don't be fooled just because we have an online shop that we aren't real. We also have a showroom and a large warehouse at Unit 2/101 Newmarket Rd. Windsor, Qld with more then 15 busy staff members. Can't speak for our competition though, why would you not have a contact phone number or street address on your website? Who do you call to follow up an ETA of your important orders? More importantly where are you sending your hard earned money to?

What is "bleed"?

Bleed is the: extra print area outside the edge trim (cut mark) which gets trimmed off during production to make perfect "colour at the edge" printing. 

See below... the black crop marks (edge trim line) shows where the cut occurs, and the green box represents the finish size.

ePrint offers a 'Same Day' alternative for most online products where stated. This term refers to our Digital Presses that have many run cycles each business day. Most orders are ready for collection or dispatch within 24 hours after placing your order online. If you require your order quicker, please add a time to the comments section in the shopping cart that you would like us to aim for your order to be ready for dispatch or collection and we will try to accomodate where possible. Please contact us first if possible to check it will be ok with us. Sometimes we will have no cotrol over: Pending Stock, Current Workloads & Equipment Failure. (Excludes orders that require extra finishing)

Where the product states '3-5 Business Days' this may refer to Offset Press orders, Larger orders, Orders that may require third party involvement or Orders that require extra drying/finishing times. Sometimes elements of these jobs are out of our full control, hence the term we use: Approx. 3 - 5 business days turn-around. If you require your order quicker, please add a time to the comments section in the shopping cart that you would like us to aim for your order to be ready for dispatch/collection and we will try to accommodate where possible. Please contact us first if possible to check it will be ok with us. (Excludes orders that require extra finishing). We also have a 10.00am cut-off time each day for Offset printing orders. (10.01am will miss the cut-off).

We're happy to check your files to make sure they are properly set up for print to make sure you are getting the best result for your job. There are several ways you can do this;

  • Please use a free file transfer service such as WeTransfer.com to send us your files via orders@eprintonline.com.au Make sure to include your contact details and the details of the job to make sure we can send your job to the correct department and keep track of it for you. Jobs that do not include these details may be marked as spam and delay your order.
