Laminating - Pouch Laminating. Edges will be encapsulated (Sealed), unlike Celloglaze where the edges are trimmed off (unsealed). Available in both Gloss & Matt finishes.

Celloglaze -  Celloglaze is a very thin layer of laminate film that enhances colour and protect your product. Choose either 1 or 2 sides. Available in both Gloss & Matt finishes.

 

NOTE: Stocks 300gsm> are SCORE ONLY & supplied flat.

Please note, this is not for any design work, this fee only covers the following: We will spend up to 15 mins, tidying up your design to ensure we get the best printing result, ie: Adjusting margins, Scaling to correct size, formatting to create print ready files, etc.

Production times commence from the time your Print Ready Artwork is uploaded and paid for online, producing an online order.

Your order will be then ready for collection or ready for dispatch (not delivered) within your selected Production Time frame.

Postage and Delivery times are not included in Production times, these are on top of Production Times.

Please note that we do not have any control whatsoever over actual delivery times as these are conducted via Third Party companies.

However, if your order is urgent or you have deadlines to meet, we recommend sending your own Courier service to collect your order from us, so that you can track your own delivery.

Design Guide

Bleed, Safe Zone, Trim - Card Printing

Bleed size

This area will be cut off when your product is cut to size. Your design should extend all the way to the bleed size to ensure no unwanted white edges when the print is cut to size.

Trim size

This is the final size your print will be trimmed to when the excess bleed is removed and is the size you select when creating your product.

Safe margin size

This is to ensure you don't end up with text or important image content right on the edge of your print. Aim to keep important images and text inside the dotted safe area box.
