'Make My File Print Ready' fee only covers up to 15 mins, tidying up your design file to ensure we get the best printing result, ie: Adjusting margins, Scaling to correct size, formatting to create print ready files, etc. This is not for any custom made design work or design modificaitons.

'Artwork Alteration Required - text only' fee only covers up to 15 mins of editing text changes on supplied files, plus making it print-ready. The client must submit logos/images within the file & editable PDF's. Please allow 1 extra day for proof changes, we cannot guarantee you will get your order in 24 hours if this option is selected. We get asked this frequently ‘what if my artwork is not right? Will someone let me know before printing?’, this is so stressful, I’m using the company credit card, what if it’s wrong? I have ordered from other companies before and the order has come out wrong! I don’t want to make the same mistake again! Please help!

So, we have built a customer satisfaction add on for you which is ‘Please let me know if the artwork doesn't quite look right’ we hope this gives you great confidence and a sigh of relief knowing that we will go to the extra mile if there are any obvious issues that we see.
