Steps ahead of anyone else

This company has taken dedication to a new level. I tried printing my products before, through another company. They charged premium, and the products curled. When I tried to find out why, I was told it was "strange" and given all kinds of stupid excuses. I tried other companies but no one would let me print a sample or samples - I just had to trust them on blind faith. Enter ePrint Online and their printing samples program, which allowed me to print single samples of products with variations in paper, thickness and foil options. When it was delivered, there was some confusion over which sample was which (my bad - should have ordered the samples using different designs), so I rang them, and the lovely lady spoke with me for half an hour until I had figured out which sample was which. Excellent customer service - no more being talked to as though you're stupid! The cards looked fantastic as well. 5 stars - I'd give them 6 if it was possible.
